You give it memory, so it stops starting cold every time.

My agent already works. Why do I need more?
Because working in a demo and working every Monday on real data are different skills. Innovator teaches the second one: how retrieval goes wrong and how to trace it, how to connect an agent to real systems, and how to give it memory. That is the difference between a project people try once and one they rely on.
RAG, MCP, agent memory — isn't this too technical for me?
They sound technical, but each one is taught from the problem it solves, live, with a mentor beside you. The first month rebuilds your foundation, so by the time you reach retrieval and tools you have already built an agent yourself.
Why not go straight to Architect?
If you want production systems and the internship included, Architect is the fuller path. Innovator suits you if you want dependable agents and a certification in eight weeks, and you can move up to Architect later by paying the difference.
What does the exam actually give me?
