Paid work on live deliverables, with a senior engineer responsible for you. There are three ways in, and every one of them starts with a conversation rather than a form.
The Jobs board is not open yet. The routes below are how internships are awarded today.
How it works
Three doors, and you only need one of them. Whichever you take, the internship itself is the same: paid, on real deliverables, awarded on the strength of work somebody senior has read.

Through one of our partners
We work with partner teams who deliver our builds. They put people forward, and a name from them carries weight because they are staking their own on it.

Through the Academy
Take AI Fluency, finish the projects, and your work is marked as you go. The strongest of each cohort are offered places — up to ten a month.

Straight to us
Ask us to call back and tell us why you want it and what you have built. We will tell you plainly which route fits and what is missing.
The best work wins the place
Places go to the strongest work in the cohort, and every mark is written down. You always know where you stand and exactly what would move you up.
You arrive already trained
Every route runs through Academy training, so you start the internship able to do the job. We put our name behind your work because we taught you and read it.
