The Upfyn AI Internship is project-led work on the real product — not a training exercise and not a sandbox. Selected participants take on practical Upfyn AI development assignments with guidance and engineering review from the team at Thinqmesh Technologies, the parent company of UpfynAI, and are held to the standard that team holds itself to.
There is no way to buy a place. There are two ways in: learners who complete Architect — AI Fluency are offered a place, and Builder and Innovator learners can sit the free internship exam, held every month, followed by an interview with the Board. Innovator and Architect learners can keep retaking the exam after their cohort for as long as their community access lasts.
This internship is the only route through which participants can be considered for hiring by Team Thinqmesh for Upfyn AI development. Participation does not guarantee employment.
Why start now
Most people learning AI can describe what they would build. Very few can point to software real people use. The internship closes that gap: project-led work on the live Upfyn project, reviewed by the engineers who build it.

How do I get in?
Two ways. Complete Architect and the internship is offered to you. On Builder or Innovator, register for the free internship exam, held every month; pass it and you are interviewed by the Board. Innovator adds retakes after your cohort, while your community access lasts.
Can I buy a place?
No. A place comes with completing Architect, or with passing the exam and the Board interview, never with a purchase alone. That is what makes the internship worth having on your CV.
What if I don't pass the exam the first time?
Take it again next month. On Innovator and Architect, retakes are included after your cohort too, while your community access lasts, so the only thing that decides it is the work you put in between attempts.
Does the internship lead to a job?
It is the only route through which Team Thinqmesh considers people for Upfyn AI development. It does not guarantee employment, but it puts your work in front of the people who hire.
