Why every course is taught live

Learning at your own pace is comfortable, and comfort is the problem. A recording never notices when you stop watching.

A register changes behaviour

Our sessions are live on fixed dates, with a register. Somebody notices when you stop turning up — and that, more than any feature, is why people finish.

Small groups, on purpose

Marking real work properly takes a senior engineer real time. That limits how many people we can take at once, so every course runs in monthly groups of 25. We would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

You pass by building

There is no multiple-choice test at the end of a video. You build something, hand it in, and somebody senior reads it and writes back. The work you do is the work that counts.
