Shipping and Delivery

• Confirmation: you'll receive it by email within 24 to 72 hours of booking, and an expert from the Thinqmesh team gets in touch to start your onboarding.
• Access: live classes, recordings and your cohort group open in your account in Thinqmesh Academy, on the email address you booked with.
• Live Classes: held online on the dates of your cohort; recordings go up afterwards and stay available for the length of your course.
• Certificate: issued digitally once you complete your course, with an ID anyone can check on our certificate check.

Check your spam folder first. If your confirmation or access hasn't reached you within 72 hours, email support@thinqmesh.com from the address you booked with and attach a screenshot of your payment. We'll sort it out by hand.

A course is a service, not a product, so there is nothing to return or exchange. If you'd rather be on a different course, you can ask for a refund within 15 days of paying under our Refund Policy and book the course you want, or email support@thinqmesh.com and we'll help you choose.
