Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thinqmesh. Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully. They form the agreement between you, as a participant in the Thinqmesh AI Fluency Programme (the "Programme"), and Thinqmesh Technologies, as the provider of the Programme.

About Us

Thinqmesh Technologies ("Thinqmesh", "we", "us", "our") operates the website thinqmesh.com and the Thinqmesh AI Fluency Programme. Upfyn (upfyn.com) and Upfyn AI (ai.upfyn.com) are products and brands owned and operated by Thinqmesh Technologies. Internship opportunities referenced in the Programme are performed on Upfyn / Upfyn AI products.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing payment. By enrolling in the Programme and completing payment of the commitment fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the refund window and the No-Guarantee provisions below.

The Programme

The Thinqmesh AI Fluency Programme is a paid online programme delivered in live sessions, two (2) sessions per week over four (4) weeks per month. Enrollment is secured by a one-time fee (in INR) which reserves your seat.

The Programme is offered in three enrollment tiers — Builder, Innovator, and Architect — which differ in how much of the curriculum they include. Builder covers Month 1 (one month). Innovator covers Months 1 to 2 (two months). Architect covers Months 1 to 3 (three months). Each month concludes with one project built end to end over that month's final two sessions. A paid internship on Upfyn / Upfyn AI (the "internship track") is included with the Architect tier: participants who complete the Architect programme are offered the internship. Participants on the Builder and Innovator tiers may register for the free internship exam, held monthly; candidates who pass it are invited to an interview with the Thinqmesh Board, and those selected there are offered the internship. Innovator and Architect participants who have not qualified by the end of their cohort may re-attempt the internship exam for as long as their community access continues. Buyers of the Builder and Innovator tiers may also upgrade to Architect by paying the applicable difference. Any statement in Programme marketing referring to a paid internship refers to the internship track as described in this paragraph, and remains subject to the provisions below.

You must provide accurate registration information and meet any eligibility requirements communicated for the Programme. Thinqmesh may update Programme content, schedule, mentors, and delivery from time to time.

Payment and Refunds

The fee is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge associated with the Programme.

15-day refund, no questions asked

You may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of your payment, inclusive of day 15. No reason is required. Attendance, progress and how much of the material you have accessed are not conditions. Refunds are made to the original payment method in Indian rupees, less any taxes already remitted on the sale, which we cannot recover; we do not substitute credit for money.

To request one, email support@thinqmesh.com from the address used at signup. We aim to initiate the refund within three (3) working days; the time it then takes to reach you is determined by your bank or card issuer.

After the refund window

After day 15 the fee is non-refundable, as a live seat, a cohort place and mentor time are committed on your behalf. This does not limit any remedy available to you under applicable law where the Programme has not been delivered.

Abuse

Thinqmesh may decline a refund where a payment is fraudulent, where the same person repeatedly purchases and refunds, or where an account has been used to redistribute Programme material. Nothing in this clause applies to a participant who has simply changed their mind.

Your statutory rights under Indian consumer law, and your rights with your card issuer, are unaffected by these Terms. See the Refund Policy for the full statement.

Internship, and No Guarantee of Outcome

The paid internship is offered to Architect participants (including by upgrade) who complete the Architect programme, and to Builder and Innovator participants who pass the internship exam and the Board interview. Completion is assessed by Thinqmesh Technologies on the participant's attendance, projects, assessments and conduct.

Enrollment in or payment for the Programme alone does NOT guarantee an internship: on the Architect tier it follows completion of the programme, and on the Builder and Innovator tiers it follows passing the internship exam and the Board interview. An internship is not an offer of employment. The commitment fee is paid for participation in the Programme at the tier purchased. Thinqmesh makes no guarantee of any placement, employment, income, or other financial, career or specific outcome.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Programme is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinqmesh Technologies' total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the amount of the commitment fee actually paid by you. Thinqmesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India. For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at support@thinqmesh.com or visit thinqmesh.com.
