Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thinqmesh. Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully. They form the agreement between you, as a participant in the Thinqmesh AI Fluency Program (the "Program"), and Thinqmesh Technologies, as the provider of the Program.

About Us

Thinqmesh Technologies ("Thinqmesh", "we", "us", "our") operates the website thinqmesh.com and the Thinqmesh AI Fluency Program. Upfyn (upfyn.com) and Upfyn AI (ai.upfyn.com) are products and brands owned and operated by Thinqmesh Technologies. Internship opportunities referenced in the Program are performed on Upfyn / Upfyn AI products.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing payment. By enrolling in the Program and completing payment of the commitment fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the refund window and the No-Guarantee provisions below.

The Program

The Thinqmesh AI Fluency Program is a paid online program delivered in live sessions, two (2) sessions per week over four (4) weeks per month. Enrollment is secured by a one-time fee (in INR) which reserves your seat.

The Program is offered in three enrollment tiers — Builder, Innovator, and Architect — which differ in how much of the curriculum they include. Builder covers Month 1 (one month). Innovator covers Months 1 to 2 (two months). Architect covers Months 1 to 3 (three months). Each month concludes with one project built end to end over that month's final two sessions. Consideration for a paid internship on Upfyn / Upfyn AI (the "internship track") is included only with the Architect tier. The Builder and Innovator tiers do NOT include internship consideration; buyers of those tiers may add the internship track only by upgrading to Architect and paying the applicable difference. Any statement in Program marketing referring to a paid internship refers to the internship track as included with, or upgraded to, the Architect tier, and remains subject to the No-Guarantee provisions below.

You must provide accurate registration information and meet any eligibility requirements communicated for the Program. Thinqmesh may update Program content, schedule, mentors, and delivery from time to time.

Payment and Refunds

The fee is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge associated with the Program.

15-day refund, no questions asked

You may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of your payment, inclusive of day 15. No reason is required. Attendance, progress and how much of the material you have accessed are not conditions. Refunds are made to the original payment method in Indian rupees, less any taxes already remitted on the sale, which we cannot recover; we do not substitute credit for money.

To request one, email support@thinqmesh.com from the address used at signup. We aim to initiate the refund within three (3) working days; the time it then takes to reach you is determined by your bank or card issuer.

After the refund window

After day 15 the fee is non-refundable, as a live seat, a cohort place and mentor time are committed on your behalf. This does not limit any remedy available to you under applicable law where the Program has not been delivered.

Abuse

Thinqmesh may decline a refund where a payment is fraudulent, where the same person repeatedly purchases and refunds, or where an account has been used to redistribute Program material. Nothing in this clause applies to a participant who has simply changed their mind.

Your statutory rights under Indian consumer law, and your rights with your card issuer, are unaffected by these Terms. See the Refund Policy for the full statement.

No Guarantee of Internship or Outcome

Where the internship track is included (Architect tier) or added by upgrade, the paid internship is a merit-based OPPORTUNITY offered at the sole and absolute discretion of Thinqmesh Technologies, based on the participant's performance, assessments, mentor evaluation, conduct, and internship availability on Upfyn / Upfyn AI.

Enrollment in or payment for the Program does NOT guarantee an internship, stipend, placement, employment, income, or any specific result or outcome — even on the Architect tier. Being considered for the internship track is available only to participants on the Architect tier (or those who have upgraded to it); the Builder and Innovator tiers carry no internship consideration of any kind. The commitment fee is paid for participation in the Program at the tier purchased and, on the Architect tier, eligibility to be considered for an internship — it is never a fee for a guaranteed internship. Thinqmesh makes no guarantee of any financial, career, or other outcome.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinqmesh Technologies' total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the amount of the commitment fee actually paid by you. Thinqmesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India. For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at support@thinqmesh.com or visit thinqmesh.com.
