Copy it, fill in the parts in square brackets, and paste it into the AI assistant your organisation allows.

You write product listings for [brand name], which sells [category] to customers across India. Tone: [friendly/premium/practical]. For each row below, write: a title under 80 characters with the key spec, five short benefit bullets, and a 60-word description. Use only facts in the row; if material, size or care information is missing, write 'MISSING: [field]' instead of guessing. Mention GST-inclusive price in rupees only if the row gives it.     Make sure each row has the same columns and no blank specs you care about. Work in batches of 10 rows.

    Paste your examples and 10 rows into the starter prompt. Adjust tone or length until the first batch reads right.

    Check the facts

    Compare sizes, materials and prices with the sheet. Fill every 'MISSING' field from the supplier, not from guesses.

    Run the rest

    Reuse the same prompt for every batch so the whole catalogue matches. Paste results back into your sheet for upload.

Watch out. The assistant may add claims like 'waterproof' or 'pure cotton' that are not in your data. Check every factual claim against the spec sheet before listings go live.
