Introducing Thinqmesh Academy

India could have more than 2.3 million AI job openings by 2027, against a talent pool of about 1.2 million (Bain & Company, 2025). Thinqmesh Academy is our answer to that gap: one home for everything we teach, taught live, with work you build and keep. This post explains what is here, who it is for and how learning works.

Why now

The gap is not only about engineers. Employers in India say they struggle to find the right people, and 73% of employees say they are learning AI on their own (NASSCOM & Indeed, 2026). NITI Aayog has recommended making AI literacy a foundational skill (PIB, Oct 2025).

Learning alone works for some people. For most, it stalls somewhere between the first impressive answer and the first thing that actually runs. We built the Academy for the part after that.

Who it is for

AI Fluency starts where most people already are. In the words of our Builder course: you already use AI, you paste in a prompt, get something usable and move on, with a quiet suspicion that people who understand it properly are getting far more out of it.

From there, each tier goes further. Builder takes you to a working agent you built yourself. Innovator goes under the hood into retrieval, tools and memory. Architect is the whole arc, through to systems that are evaluated, kept inside safe limits and deployed.

For companies, corporate training runs private cohorts for a team, from a handful of people to whole departments, and no prior AI experience is required.

How learning works

Every course follows the same shape, so once you know it you know what to expect.

1. You start with an assessment. We find out what you can already do, so we neither repeat what you know nor start past where you are.
2. You learn on real systems. Thinqmesh builds HR, invoicing and training software and runs those systems itself. You learn on the kind of work a company would pay someone to build.
3. You hand in work. Not a quiz, and not a multiple-choice test at the end of a video.
4. A senior engineer reads it. Someone experienced opens your work and writes back: what is good, what is wrong, and what to do next.
5. You end up with proof. A certificate says you turned up. Work an employer can open says far more.

Sessions are taught live on fixed dates, two a week, in monthly groups of 25. When you enrol, your lessons open straight away; the date at checkout is when your group starts. Each month of AI Fluency ends with one project built across two guided sessions. Every paid course is covered by a 15-day refund, no questions asked.

Your name, photo and settings are managed in one place, on your Upfyn profile. Signing out signs you out everywhere, on purpose: one identity, one sign-out.
